Completed in 2015, Little Tretheene is a bright, contemporary two-bedroom hideaway that adjoins Treen House yet enjoys its own entrance, parking and outdoor space, so you can book it completely independently. Sleeping up to 4 guests in comfort, it’s an ideal base for a couple, friends on a Cornish adventure, or a young family who love being close to the sea.

Open-plan living – Light-filled lounge, dining nook and well-equipped kitchen flow together, great for relaxed breakfasts or winding down after a day on the coast.
Fast fibre Wi-Fi, smart TV, books and board games keep everyone entertained whatever the weather.
Toasty underfloor heating downstairs and central heating upstairs mean year-round comfort.

Wonderful stay at Little Tretheene
We really enjoyed our week. The property is very spacious and light, beautifully designed and is in a great location. If you enjoy gorgeous scenery, walking the coast path and a cozy pub, then Treen is a perfect place for a holiday. Little Tretheene had everything we needed. We especially loved the big, comfy bed and the thoughtful and generous welcome treats. We hope to stay there again.
Lovely stay at Little Tretheene
Our family really enjoyed our stay in Treen. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for making meals. The location was perfect for accessing the coastal trail and beautiful beaches. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was convenient and delicious. Jane was also very helpful and willing to answer questions and make suggestions to make our stay enjoyable.
Absolutely spot on!
absolutely spot on!! Thought the place looked bigger in person then pictures to be honest. the boys was super happy with this place too. everything was in place to feel at home, washer, dryer, pots and pans.Great hosts Tom and Jane helped us with any concerns immediately as well as excellent suggestions that covered all types of weather. would definitely consider this place again when we are due back to Cornwall!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Amazing stay!
We had such an amazing stay at little Tretheene. The accommodation is actually a lot bigger than the photos make out, and the decor/plantation around the home is stunning. There’s a local dog friendly pub a 30 second walk away, that has great food and really friendly local people. There’s also a stunning beach a walking distance away from the house. This getaway was the exact reset that we needed. Thank you very much Jane&Tom, we will most definitely be back!
Perfect for our needs
Booked this fabulous place last minute and it was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, well equipped and the balcony was the highlight. It was a hot week so the velux windows and sliding doors to the courtyard were really useful. The super king bed was a luxury.
